CAPT Peter Pascucci
Captain Peter Pascucci, JAGC, U.S. Navy, is presently the Sensitive Programs Counsel in the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy. He previously served as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for U.S. Special Operations Command from 2018-2020, Chief of National Security Law at U.S. Cyber Command from 2015-2018, Assistant Fleet Judge Advocate for U.S. FIFTH Fleet in Bahrain from 2013-2014, and as an Associate Deputy General Counsel (Intelligence) in the DoD Office of General Counsel from 2011-2013. He has also served as the Executive Officer of Defense Service Office North and in other national security law positions ashore and afloat. Captain Pascucci’s post-JD degrees include an LL.M. in National Security Law from Georgetown University in 2015 and an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in 2013.
