John Goehring is an assistant general counsel practicing national security law within the Department of Defense and a lieutenant colonel judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. His scholarly works on space law and policy have appeared in Just Security, the Journal of National Security Law and Policy, the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, and the Air Force Law Review. He contributed as a Core Legal Expert to the McGill Manual on International Law Applicable to Military Uses of Outer Space.
