Liisi Adamson
Liisi Adamson is the Programme Director of the IT Law Programme at University of Tartu, School of Law. She is also Senior Editor of Articles of War.
She also teaches courses on cyber defense and international law in the IT Law Programme at the University of Tartu. In her prior positions, she served as project manager and a law researcher at the NATO CCD COE.
Liisi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Law from University of Tartu, Estonia. She also earned a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Comparative and International Law from Helsinki University, Finland and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Law (LL.M.) from University of Tartu. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Law, University of Tartu, where her dissertation focuses on issues of international law and cyber defense.
