Major T. Nelson Collier is a reserve Marine currently serving as an attorney advisor in international and operational law and the law of war. In his civilian capacity, he is an attorney advisor for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Maj Collier is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M., with “Distinction,” National Security Law), Howard University School of Law (J.D.), and the McMicken College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cincinnati (B.A., Honors, Philosophy).
