Adriano Iaria is a Humanitarian Advocacy Officer for the Italian Red Cross. He served as a Legal and Policy Advisor at the Italian Defense General Staff in his capacity as a Reserve Officer of the Italian Navy. In 2019, the 33rd International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent elected him as IHL Commission Rapporteur.
