Major Hsienjan Huang is currently the Assistant Staff Judge Advocate for Operational Law at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). MAJ Huang most recently served as an Administrative Law Attorney for the Army OTJAG and, before that, the Brigade Judge Advocate for 3d Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division.
Originally from Taiwan, Major Huang grew up in Libertyville, Illinois and completed ROTC at Illinois-Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Political Science. He holds a law degree from the Pace University School of Law and an LLM in Military Law from The U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School.
