Prof Martha M. Bradley

Martha M. Bradley is Associate Professor in the Department of Public Law at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Her publishing record includes publication in the International Review of the Red Cross, the Journal of International Humanitarian Legal Studies and, upcoming, a monograph titled ‘Non-International Armed Conflict: Classification and Controversies’ with HART publishing. She teaches at the International Institute for Humanitarian Law in San Remo on a regular basis and sits on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Max Planck Yearbook of United Nations Law.  Martha is the 2023 Land Steiermark-Fellow at the Institute of International Law and International Relations, University of Graz, Austria.
