Major Emily E. Bobenrieth is an active duty Army judge advocate currently assigned as an Associate Professor of National Security Law at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia. She currently teaches in the Cyber Operations and International Human Rights portfolios. She has previously served as the Command Judge Advocate for the 704th Military Intelligence Brigade, advising on national intelligence missions. Other assignments include military prosecutor, brigade judge advocate, administrative law attorney, and legal assistance attorney.

Major Bobenrieth holds an LL.M. from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School, a J.D. from The University of Colorado School of Law, and a B.S. from The United States Military Academy.
