Wing Commander Kieran R.J. Tinkler is a Legal Officer with the United Kingdom Royal Air Force. He currently acts as legal advisor to NATO’s Allied Air Command. His previous roles include advising on deliberate and dynamic targeting as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, and as Military Professor at the Stockton Center for International Law, U.S. Naval War College.
