Rosa-Lena Lauterbach is a PhD Candidate at the University of Cologne under Prof. Claus Kreß’ supervision and a former Visiting Researcher at the Lieber Institute and Columbia Law School. She has been a research assistant at the Institute for International Peace and Security Law since March 2022. Ms Lauterbach’s research concerns international humanitarian law with a primary focus on the legality of siege warfare.
