Dr Magda Pacholska is a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow with the DILEMA project on Designing International Law and Ethics into Military Artificial Intelligence at the Asser Institute (The Hague), University of Amsterdam, and a research fellow with the Tech, Law & Security Program at the American University. Magda obtained her Ph.D. in Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She also holds an LL.M. in International Criminal Law from the University of Amsterdam (joint program with Columbia Law School). Her research interests include emerging and disruptive military technologies, law of armed conflict, (post)wartime accountability and international legal theory.
