Angela Morello
Angela Morello is a Ph.D. candidate and research assistant at the Department of Legal Studies, International and European Law at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, Austria. Her research focuses on customary international law and the application of jus ad bellum and jus in bello in low-intensity cyber conflicts. She studied law at the University of Padua and at the University of Innsbruck where she was named to the 2018 Dean’s List of the Faculty of Law. After graduating with the title of Magistra Juris and Dott.ssa in Law, she started her legal practice at both the District Court and the Court of Appeal of Innsbruck. Her academic journey began at the University of Innsbruck, first as a research assistant in Italian constitutional law, and later in public international law. In October 2022 she moved to Salzburg to work as a research assistant for Univ.-Prof. Dr. Kirsten Schmalenbach.
