Lindsay Moir is Professor of International Law at the University of Hull. He holds a PhD and LLM from the University of Cambridge and an LLB from the University of Edinburgh. He has published widely on international humanitarian law and the use of force, including The Law of Internal Armed Conflict (Cambridge University Press, 2002) and Reappraising the Resort to Force: International Law, Jus ad Bellum and the War on Terror (Hart, 2010).
