Ltn Cmdr Wiesław Goździewicz is CDR/OF-4 (ret.) of Polish Navy. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Gdańsk. Ltn Cmdr Goździewicz is a former Legal Advisor to the NATO Joint Force Training Centre. He is specialized in operational law, in particular legal aspects of operations planning and targeting, as well as practicalities of IHL/LOAC applications in military operations.
