Prof Magne Frostad

Magne Frostad is Professor at the Faculty of Law of UiT the Arctic University of Norway. He is a member of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law (San Remo) and the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War. Frostad holds degrees from Tromsø, Nottingham, Saarland and Oxford. His fields of research include constitutional law, law of the sea, use of force, law of armed conflict (jus in bello), and human rights, and he has published on these topics in Norwegian and English.
