Stefan Talmon is Professor of Public Law, Public International Law and European Union Law, and Director at the Institute for Public International Law at the University of Bonn. He is also a Supernumerary Fellow of St. Anne’s College, Oxford. He is the editor of German Practice in International Law (https://gpil.jura.uni-bonn.de/). He practices as a Barrister from Twenty Essex, London, and frequently advises States and corporations on questions of public international law.
