Dr Johannes van Aggelen holds a doctorate from McGill University. From 1980 until 2007 he was a staff member of the U.N. Human Rights Department in Geneva, Switzerland. His teaching experience includes over 200 briefings on the human rights program in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, and Arabic. Additionally, he has guest lectured at institutions world-wide and is a prolific writer on international law in various languages.
