Dr Fin-Jasper Langmack
Fin-Jasper Langmack is a Desk Officer in the legal department of the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany. Previously to joining the Federal Foreign Office, he was a Mercator-Fellow for International Affairs inter alia at the International Criminal Court. He worked for and advised several non-governmental organisations, including Amnesty International. He was a law clerk at the European Court of Human Rights and the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights. Fin holds a PhD in international law from Cologne University. He publishes on human rights, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, and transitional justice. He teaches international humanitarian law at the Riga Graduate School of Law.
