Stacy Runia

Stacy Runia serves as Senior Editor of Articles of War. She holds a J.D. from BYU Law School and a B.A. in Political Science, also from Brigham Young University. Her work focuses on international human rights and the law of armed conflict, with a particular interest in the protection of women and children in conflict settings. Her scholarship includes publications in the Creighton Journal of International Law, the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy, and the Pace International Law Journal. She resides in Provo, UT, with her husband and four children.
