Amichai Cohen is a Professor of International Law at the Ono Academic College, Israel, and a Senior Fellow at the Israel Democracy Institute, where he heads the Center on National Security and Democracy. His research focuses on International Humanitarian Law and Israeli National Security Law. His book Proportionality in International Humanitarian Law: Consequences, Precautions and Procedures (co-authored with David Zlotogorski) is forthcoming later this summer as part of the Lieber Studies Series with Oxford University Press.
