Brig Gen (ret) David A. Wallace
Brigadier General (ret.) David A. Wallace previously served as the Professor and Head, Department of Law, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, and has been designated a Professor Emeritus. He is currently the United States Naval Academy Class of 1971 Distinguished Military Professor of Law & Leadership. He also served on the faculty of The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School. During his military career, he served as a member of the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In 2017, Brigadier General (ret.) Wallace served as a Visiting Scholar at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, Estonia. He is currently the Distinguished Military Professor of Law & Leadership at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland.
