Major Mattie Kotlik is a student at the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School pursuing a Master of Laws degree in military law. She previously served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law and Philosophy at the United States Military Academy and fulfilled roles as a judge advocate at Fort Bliss, Texas, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, and Daegu, South Korea.
