LTC Michael Rizzotti
Lieutenant Colonel Michael Rizzotti is an Army Judge Advocate currently serving as the Chief, Complex & Capital Litigation, U.S. Army Trial Defense Service at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He has served multiple overseas tours as a legal advisor in support of military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and as a military professor at the Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
He holds a LL.M. in Military Law from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School in Charlottesville, Virginia; a J.D. from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York; and a B.A. in Political Science from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York.
