Mina Radončić is a PhD candidate at the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva, where her research is focused on exploring the legal framework applicable to taxation by organised armed groups. She works as a Teaching Assistant at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. She also forms part of the Belgrade International Law Circle.

Mina previously worked as a consultant for several organisations including Geneva Call, as Legal Officer at an NGO offering legal assistance to asylum seekers, and as a Teaching Associate at the International Law Department of the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade.
