Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) 2040 Workshop

As military commanders are tasked with solving the problems of multi-domain operations, a prospective look at whether the modern LOAC is sufficient to meet future needs is critical. This workshop brought together pre-eminent scholars and practitioners to discuss how socio-economic, political and technological changes may challenge the existing law of armed conflict.
