Subterranean Challenges in War and Peace

The Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, The Harry Radzyner Law School, The International Institute for Counter-Terrorism in cooperation with The Lieber Institute for Law and Land Warfare at West Point and the Modern War Institute at West Point held an international conference on Subterranean Challenges in War and Peace and the Inaugural Meeting of the International Working Group on Subterranean Warfare.
