MAJ Timothy McCullough
Major Timothy (Tim) McCullough is an active duty Army judge advocate currently assigned as an attorney-advisor working with artificial intelligence, position/navigation/timing/space, intelligence, and aviation for Army Futures Command in Austin, Texas.
Previously, he served as the command judge advocate for a theater-level intelligence brigade, a military prosecutor, and chief of operational law for 3rd Infantry Division/JTF-3 and United States Forces–Afghanistan.
He holds an LL.M. in Military Law (National Security Law) from The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School, a J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, an M.A. in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Arizona, and a B.S. from Santa Clara University.
