Ioannis Bamnios

Ioannis Bamnios holds an LL.M. in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Democritus University of Thrace (Greece). He has conducted an internship in the “How does law protect in war?” ICRC Online Casebook. He is among the coauthors of the handbook “The Greek-Turkish disputes in the Aegean and the Eastern Mediterranean: A legal analysis” (in Greek). In terms of military experience, Ioannis served his military term of 9 months in the Hellenic Army, in the artillery branch.
